Dr. Wayne Jones is a psychiatric and integrative health counselor and consultant based in Richardson, Texas. He provides comprehensive, highly personalized consultations to clients throughout the Dallas region, aiding them throughout their health and wellness journeys. With a long history in both medicine and psychiatry, Dr. Wayne Jones provides clients with unique insights into the medical system and the various challenges they may face while seeking improved health outcomes.

Dr. Wayne Jones previously spent nearly five decades as a private practice psychiatrist with a specialization in the medical management of major psychiatric disorders. During this period, he held several leadership positions, such as medical director of phobia and anxiety at the Center of the Southwest. As a major in the United States Air Force, he assessed and treated airmen for numerous psychiatric conditions.

Dr. Jones completed a two-year externship in psychiatry during his time as a medical scholar at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Branch in Dallas. Before earning his medical degree, he studied psychology as an undergraduate at the University of Houston. He led the university’s Pre-med Society and Pre-Med Honor Society. He graduated magna cum laude, earning a UT Southwestern Medical School scholarship.
